I'm not a generalist "A/V installer," and I'm not here to sell you a rack of gear. I'm the person you bring in when you already have a functional room and you want it to work better — to operate from one place, behave predictably, and survive the day something fails.
My background is in control and software: programming systems, scripting the connections between gear that doesn't natively cooperate, and standing up the unglamorous infrastructure — networks, file servers, backups — that everything else quietly depends on. I care more about whether a system is reliable, maintainable, and yours than whether it has the longest spec sheet.
I work the way I'd want a specialist to work for me: understand the room first, recommend only what earns its place, build it cleanly, document it properly, and stay reachable when something needs attention. No lock-in, no mystery boxes, no chain of account managers between you and the person doing the work.
